We are looking for outgoing, knowledgeable team members who are not afraid to help a customer walk through our brand new menu in order to find the perfect fit and flavor for their day. Our ideal Sips & Berries Manager is able to pitch in and know what goes into crafting our menu items, as well as greet, take orders, and ring up customers.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Reconciliation of the daily, weekly, and monthly cash and receipts, vendor invoices, and time cards.
• Responsible for maintaining the POS system, process voids, refunds, and discounts.
• Oversight of the hiring and training process.
• Scheduling employees for their shifts.
• Building menu knowledge within the team.
• Maintaining a program or routine to ensure store cleanliness and be able to inspect processes are being completed satisfactorily.
• Receive and process deliveries, including inspection of packages and stocking supplies using the FIFO approach.
• Maintain store merchandise and its visibility to customers.
• Ensure employees adhere to company policy and procedures.

Requirements:

• Currently hold a ServSafe certificate or be willing to update and receive one before the start of employment.
• Minimum one year of management experience in a quick-serve restaurant environment.
• Organization and mathematical skills commensurate with management experience.
• Ability to efficiently and effectively interview, hire, train, and maintain a stellar team of engaged individuals.
• Ability to lift more than 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand for periods of time.
• Strong attention to detail, a healthy respect for cleanliness, and sanitation.

• Craft smoothies, bowls, and bites while ensuring teammates are also following recipes and procedures.
• Responsible for maintaining the POS system, process voids, refunds, and discounts.
• Reconcile daily cash and receipts.
  
• Building menu knowledge within the team.
• Maintain store cleanliness and be able to inspect processes that are being completed satisfactorily.
• Maintain store merchandise and its visibility to customers.
• Receive and process deliveries, including inspection of packages and stocking supplies using the FIFO approach.
• Maintain adherence to strict food allergy protocols to ensure there are no cross contaminations between units.
• Performs any additional tasks necessary to run the cafe.

• Previous experience in a smoothie, juice bar, or quick-serve restaurant environment preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 25 pounds.
  
• Ability to stand for periods of time.
• Strong attention to detail, a healthy respect for cleanliness, and sanitation.
